全文內容: 　　本文為紀念中央研究院院士黃彰健之作。黃彰健析證國家檔案，認為中國共產黨中央以至臺灣省工作委員會組織領導渙散和無力，並無力主導二二八變局，臺灣省行政長官陳儀自始將責任推諉於中共，又對於和平解決缺乏誠意，臺灣省參議員王添灯提出之〈處理大綱〉，要求國軍繳械，亦過於躁進，終於導致國民政府誤判形勢，以大軍鎮壓，釀成歷史悲劇。中共組織雖於二二八起義中角色有限，但中共黨人在二二八起義中仍基於其個人秉性，以及前臺灣共產黨所遺留的社會關係網絡，於抗爭中發揮一定作用。本文整理為國民黨政府公然指控與中共有關之二二八期間抗暴事件，略述其經過，並論證其是否屬於中共之組織性行為，以釐清中共之責任；更以民生史觀就該一史事進行評價。

全文內容: 　　This article is a commemoration for the Academia Sinica Hwang Chang-Chien. Hwang Chang-Chien examined the national archives and thought that the organization and leadership of the Taiwan Province Working Committee of the Communist Party of China were lax and weak, the reason for not being able to lead the 228 Uprising. Taiwan Provincial Chief Executive Chen Yi shirked the responsibility to the CPC at the beginning, and was lacked sincerity for a peaceful settlement. But Taiwan Provincial Senator Wang Tian-Deng was too impatient for proposing the "Outline for Solution" and requested the National Revolutionary Army to disarm all the military requirements. Finally the Nationalist government caused the tragic history for her misjudging the situation and ordering the army to repress the mass. The Communist Party of China had no obvious role in the popular uprising, but its members still played some specific roles in the struggle by their individual essences and the social networks of the former Communist Party of Taiwan. This article tries to recall all the uprisings and stories during the 228 incident in which the Nationalist government had been openly accused which were led by the CPC and wants to clarify the responsibility of the CPC through demonstrating the uprisings whether if led by the organizational behavior of the CPC. Moreover, this article concludes and evaluates the historical event by the people's livelihood interpretation of history.
