Abstract: 　　本文主要目的首先在論述中山先生民生主義與利用外資外才的論說與原則，其次簡述中國的開放與臺商對大陸投資的實踐，第三則就臺商對中國直接投資與兩岸互創雙贏的實證進行驗證。本文研究發現，中山先生並不主張以愛國主義的觀點拒絕外資，成為閉關主義，而認為發展實業的要素需要勞力、資本、經營才能，因此主張廣借外債，歡迎外資，歡迎外才，以獲致中國與歐美國家並駕齊驅之目的。其次，以臺商對中國直接投資的研究發現，除2004-06年間外，多年來臺商對中國的FDI確實與中國的經濟成長有正相關的趨勢。從臺灣角度觀察，中港貿易和投資對臺灣經濟成長的貢獻很大。而臺灣製造業於1988年至1996年確因傳統產業對大陸投資，曾發生「去工業化」現象，但自1997年開始，因技術密集產業對大陸投資增加，帶動了勞動需求擴張，使臺灣勞動就業開始進入「均衡穩定時期」，成功的完成產業轉型，就業結構也邁向後工業化時期。因此透過引用外資外才，兩岸創造了互利雙贏，也是對中山先生理念的最佳實踐。

Abstract: 　　The purpose of this study is to use the case of Taiwanese businessmen's direct investment in China to test Dr. Sun Yat-sen's theory of utilization of foreign capital and talent. We found that Taiwanese businessmen's direct investment in China have positively correlated with China's economic growth except the period of 2004-06. In addition, Taiwan's trade and investment in China has made great contribution to its own economic growth. Among them, the increase of the technology-intensive industry's investment in China has led to the expansion of labor demand and brings Taiwan's labor employment into a 'balanced and stable' period. The employment structure moves toward post-industrial era. Consequently, by means of utilizing foreign capital and talent to create a mutually beneficial win-win situation for both sides of the Taiwan Strait is the best practice of Dr. Sun Yat-sen's idea.
