1. Your obligation for registration
Inpurpose to use this service, you agree following matters:
1.1 Please provide your own accurate and up-to-date information and without any duplicated registration.
1.2 You maintain and update your personal information in a timely manner so that to ensure the accuracy and hence receive best service. 
1.3 In case there is any inaccurate or mistaken information in your personal information, or not providing required information, or lack of necessary information, YATSENSDB reserves the right to close your account and/or partially or entirely restrict your access to our services at any time. 
2. Membership account, password and security description
Upon completed registration procedure, you will get a specific password and account number. To maintain the confidential and security of the password and account is your responsibility. Any input of the password and account according to rules correctly, no matter who input it, we should treat it is yourself are using and therefore you are fully responsible for following actions. You agree following matters:
2.1    Whenever your password and account are embezzled or any other security issues occurred, you will inform YATSENSDB immediately.
2.2 You will close usage of account after every connection. 
2.3 You account, password and membership rights are only for your personal usage, no borrowing, transferring or sharing with others. 
2.4 YATSENSDB is not responsible for the damage incurred due to account and password been embezzled or inappropriate usage.  
3. Protection of Intellectual Property
The software or programs we use and all content of this web site, include but not limited to works, pictures, files, information, data, website structure, the arrangement of web screens, web pages design are owned respective intellectual property right by YATSENSDB and other obligees. Including but not limited to trademark right, patent right, copyright, commercial secret and proprietary technique, etc. nobody may use, change, reproduce, broadcast publicly, convert, disseminate, issue, publish, reverse engineer, decompile or disassemble. In case you want to quote or reprint above mentioned software, program or web site content, you should legally obtain the prior written consent form by this library or other obligees. To respect Intellect Property Right is your obligation, in case of infringement, you should be responsible for damage incurred by this library ( Include but not limited to litigation and lawyer costs). According to the principle of respecting to other person’s 
intellect property, members agree not to infringe other’s intellect property when using this library’s service. YATSENSDB reserves the right to suspend whole or part of services, or directly cancel your membership account. 
4. Your authorization to the service 
Member agrees YATSENSDB reasonably collect, process, preserve, deliver, and use personal information registered or remained by the member so that we can provide user information or service, or result in member statistic information, or in use of investigation or research of internet behavior or any legal usage. In case you do not have the right to authorize others to use, change reserves the right to cease or change, reproduce, broadcast publicly, convert, disseminate, issue, publish some information and delegate above mention right to third party, please do not unauthorized upload, send, input or provide the information to this system. Any information upon you upload, send, input or provide to this system, will be defined as you agree this system to use , change, reproduce, broadcast publicly, convert, disseminate, issue, publish the information and delegate above mentioned right to others and you have no objection. You should ensure this system to use, change, reproduce, 
broadcast publicly, convert, disseminate, issue, publish and delegate this information without infringe any third party’s intellect property right, otherwise you should be responsible to YATSENSDB ( Include but not limited to litigation and lawyer costs).  
5. User's compliance obligation and commitment
You commit absolutely not to use this service for any illegal purpose or through any illegal method and commit to comply related law of Republic Of China and all international practice of internet usage. If you are user outside of Republic Of China, you agree to comply laws of country or geography  and not to use this service to infringe other's rights or engage any illegal action. Include but not limit to :
5.1 Issue or send any defamation, insult, threatening, offensive, indecent, obscene, false, contrary to public order or good morals or any illegal writing, picture or any form of files.
5.2 Infringe or damage YATSENSDB and this system or other person¡存 fame, privacy, commercial secret, trademark right, copyright, patent right or other intellect property right and other rights.
5.3 Violation of confidentiality resulting from law or contract obligation.
5.4 Using this service with fraudulent use of other's name.
5.5 Tranmission or dissemination of computer virus.
5.6 Engagement of commercial activity without prior delegation of YATSENSDB.
5.7 Publish, transmission, sending spam, chain letter, illegal or without YATSENSDB permission multi-level marketing and advertisement, or storage of information which infringe other person’s intellect property right or illegal.
5.8 To make other users of this service or third person plagues, unhappy or behave infringing general  network etiquette so to result  in bad feelings.
6. In case one of following situation happened, YATSENSDB reserves the right to stop, suspend this service :
6.1 When we executing necessary maintenance or construction. 
6.2 When accidental electronic communication equipment failure.
6.3 The electronic communication service applied by this service was stopped so that we can not provide service.
6.4 Due to natural disaster or other force majeure or other situation not attributing to YATSENSDB so that we can not provide service.
7. Denial or termination of your usage
You herby agree YATSENSDB to terminate your password, account ( or any part of them) or the usage of this service due to any reason, include but not limit to lack of use or infringement of the written rules or essence of this service agreement. And we'll remove and delete any member content in this service and will terminate this service or any part under notice. In addition, you agree we are not responsible to you or any third person in case the usage of this service is terminated. 
8. Applicable laws and court jurisdiction
The understanding and use of these terms of service, as well as members’ rights and responsibilities in using this site should proceed under the laws of the Republic of China. Any disputes that may arise with regard to such issues will be settled in the first Taipei district court.
