全文內容: 在20世紀中國現代化因路線的分歧導致臺灣與大陸兩岸的分裂，兩岸現代化的發展，在21世紀初雖均已初步完成中國現代化追求「富強」之目標，但仍各自有未竟之業，進入21世紀，全球化逆流與科技造成文明的變遷是分裂中國雙方所共同面對的挑戰。回應20世紀與21世紀現代化挑戰，兩岸「同中有異」，「同」是指兩岸均需進行政治現代化，並追求建立適應21世紀新環境，具理性與接受新觀念公民社會的建立；「異」是臺灣對挑戰的回應是進行民主優化，中國大陸則是須由一黨專政走向民主。孫中山作為民國的建立者，其中國現代化思想深深影響20世紀中國現代化運動，依本文分析，進入21世紀，孫中山中國現代化目標、藍圖與策略，仍可為分裂中國現代化的挑戰回應的參考之一。在臺灣與大陸，均尊崇孫中山下，若能共同對孫中山中國現代化思想進行探討，將有利中國現代化路線的整合。此一整合將有助於中國現代化在21世紀，更進一步的發展。

全文內容: The divergence of China modernization line in the 20th century led to the split of the country into Taiwan and mainland China. The development of modernization across the Taiwan and Mainland China have initially completed the goal of China's modernization in pursuit of "rich and strong" . The impact of anti-globalization and new technologies is the challenge of modernization in Taiwan and Mainland China in the 21st century. Facing Challenges: Taiwan and Mainland China Need Political Modernization and the Establishment of a New Civil Society. According to the analysis of this article, in the 21st century, Dr. Sun Yat-Sen’s thoughts on China's modernization can still respond to the challenges of modernization to Taiwan and Mainland China. If Taiwan and Mainland China can integrate China's modernization road in accordance with Dr. Sun Yat-sen's thought for China's modernization goals. China's modernization goal of a” Prosperous Nation”, a rational “New Civil Society”, and “Harmonious Global World” will be achieved in the 21st century.
