　　孫中山的思想如何和當代的民主潮流相呼應，並提供未來發展的啟示？本文認為，透過重新檢視孫中山思想中關於主權在民、直接民權等部分，可以提供給關心政治發展者一個可供參考的觀點。本文從孫中山思想中相關的理念與學說，特別是關於主權在民部分的論述開始切入，並對當代的民主潮流發展做一整體性的觀察，另藉由突尼西亞所發生的茉莉花革命及其後續影響為例，討論政黨政治運作與政治秩序建立之間的關連，以及新興網際網路科技的影響。

　　How Sun Yat-sen’s thought responds to the contemporary wave of democratization and provides inspiration for development? It is believed in this study that it could offer an useful reference through reviewing concepts of “popular sovereignty” and “direct democracy” in Sun Yat-sen’s thought. This paper begins with corresponding concepts and theories in Sun Yat-sen’s thought, particularly the concept of “popular sovereignty,” and make a holistic observation of democratization in contemporary. In addition, this study will take “Jasmine Revolution” for example to discuss the correlation between party politics and the construction of political order, and the impact of emerging internet technologies.
