Abstract

　　本文以現代人力資源管理的視域詮釋孫中山的思想。孫中山有關人力資源管理的思想主要表現在三個方面，即通過發展教育以開發人力資源，採取激勵、環境與分配等方式以發揮人力資源的作用，強調知識在人力資源中的地位。解讀孫中山有關人力資源管理的思想，不僅是為了緬懷這位偉人，也是為了開創偉大的事業。

Abstract

　　The article focuses on annotating the thoughts of Sun Zhongshan from the view of modern human resource management. The HRM thoughts of Sun Zhongshan mainly include three parts: tapping human resource through the development of education; making the best use of human resource through the incentive, reform of distribution system and better working environment; emphasizing the importance of knowledge. We analyzes the HRM thoughts of Sun Zhongshan not only in order to cherish the memory of this great pioneer of our time but to open up a new prospect as well.
