全文內容: 本文認為中國大陸正在推動的「一帶一路」倡議，與孫中山的《建國方略》有著相通的思維脈絡，可以前後呼應與相互輝映。「一帶一路」倡議的主要內容是促成沿線國家展開「政策溝通、設施聯通、貿易暢通、資金融通、民心相通」的交流合作，形成休戚與共的命運共同體，這些規劃與孫中山《建國方略》中的《實業計畫》、《民權初步》與《孫文學說》有著彼此相通的思維和精神。其中，《實業計畫》可以對應物質建設層面的「設施聯通」；《民權初步》可以對應社會建設層面的「政策溝通」、「貿易暢通」與「資金融通」；《孫文學說》可以對應心理建設層面的「民心相通」。我們可以透過對「一帶一路」倡議主要內容的解讀，來呈現孫中山思想的時代意義。

全文內容: In this paper, it is deemed that the “Belt and Road” initiative currently being promoted by China shared connected thinking with Sun Yat-sen’s “Fundamentals for National Reconstruction” and can echo and complement each other. The main content of the “Belt and Road” initiative includes facilitating the exchange and cooperation among countries along the belt and road in terms of “policy coordination, facility connectivity, unimpeded trade, financial integration, people-to-people bond”. This will in turn lead to the formation of a community with shared future, standing together through thick and thin. These plans share the connected thinking and spirit with the “The International Development of China”, “Primer of Democracy” and “Doctrine of Sun Wen” in Sun Yat-sen’s “Fundamentals for National Reconstruction”. In particular, “Plans for the Industrialization of China” can correspond to “facility connectivity” on the material construction aspect; “Primer of Democracy” can correspond to “policy coordination”, “unimpeded trade” and “financial integration” on the social construction aspect; “Doctrine of Sun Wen” can correspond to “ people-to-people bond” on the psychological construction aspect. Based on the interpretation of the main content in the “Belt and Road” initiative, the time significance of Sun Yat-sens’s thoughts can be presented.
