Abstract

　　1923年，孫中山第三次開府廣州，重組大元帥府，開啟了其革命事業中最重要的一個階段為適應戰時廣東的環境，大元帥府機構設置較簡但基本職能完備，正是在大元帥府各部門的配合下，孫中山所做的一系列決策得到貫徹實施。分析孫中山大元帥府的機構設置，探究其功能及相關人物的活動，有助於我們加深理解孫中山在此時期所進行的革命活動。

Abstract

　　In 1923, when Sun Yat-sen founded power the third time i.e. Generalissimo Mansion re-established, the most important phase of his revolutionary career was started. Although the structure of Generalissimo Mansion was simple, functions were complete. It was under the cooperation of departments in Generalissimo Mansion that a series of decisions made by Sun Yat-sen could be carried out. So, to analyze the structure of Generalissimo Mansion and how it works could help us comprehend Sun Yat-sen's actions during this period.
