　　本文以孫中山思想中的內涵，探討其中的公平、正義理念。並從民生、政治、人生三個哲學層面，以及養民、平均地權、節制資本、勞資合作、社會福利、民族問題、實業計畫等六個社、經層面說明中山先生實踐公平、正義的理念與方略，並輔以若干中、西哲人的公平、正義觀念相互辯證。最後以若干台灣地區的經驗驗證中山思想的實踐性。

　　The main thesis of this paper is to explore the concept of social justice and fairness on the basis of Dr. Sun Yat-sen's thoughts. It will take three philosophy of "livelihood" "politics" and "humanity" and six social-economical level such as "nourishing people", "the equalization of land ownership", "social welfare", "ethnic equality", "labor-capitalist cooperation" and "well balanced area plan" dimensions to demonstrate how Dr. Sun Yat-sen achieved the goal of social justice and fairness. In addition, this paper will bring both the oriental and western philosopher's perspectives on social justice and fairness to supplement and justify the main thesis. In the end, it will take several Taiwan experiences to examine and justify how Sun Yat-sen's central thoughts are applicable and practical to the reality.
