全文內容: 孫中山先生不僅是影響近代中國歷史的重要人物，他的政治經濟思想系統與國家發展理論，對於發源自西方的工業革命所觸發的人類政治經濟社會型態，提出了一套與古典西方截然不同的、具有相當高程度根植於中國政治哲學與價值觀的完整邏輯與系統。雖然這套系統主要是針對19世紀末至20世紀初期的中國政治現實而設計，但其重要的歷史觀察分析與學術價值，對於21世紀的政府經濟角色仍有重要借鏡之處。從19世紀末到21世紀，關於國家的經濟角色理論的探討從未停止。從第一次工業革命出現，對平等、公平與經濟效率的追求，國家功能與市場機制，政治與經濟之間的對話可見將延續下去，這亦是本文企圖爬梳的核心。

全文內容: Dr. Sun Yat-sen was not only an important figure influencing the history of modern China. His system of political and economic ideologies and theories of national development offers a set of human political and economic social patterns that were triggered by industrial revolution that began in the West. Highly rooted in Chinese political philosophy and values, his comprehensive logic and system differed from that of classical West. Although this system was mainly designed for the political reality of China from the end of the 19th century to the early 20th century, its key historical observations, analysis and academic value remain important lessons for government roles in the 21st century. His theory on the role of state economy continues to be discussed from the end of the 19th century to the 21st century. Since the emergence of the first industrial revolution, the pursuit of equality, fairness and economic efficiency, state function and market mechanism, and the dialogue between politics and economy will continue, which is the core study of this article.
